Pre booking registration

This is not a firm booking, you are only submitting information to ascertain if Brookdale is able to accommodate your pet/s for the period requested. If your booking cannot be accepted we will advise you within 4 business working hours, that is 8.30 am to 5 pm., For example if you booked at 5 pm we would advise you by 12.30 pm next day if we cannot accept your booking.

We will contact you by phone or email to take your deposit and confirm your booking.

Are you an existing customer?

An existing customer is a customer who has brought their pet to Brookdale in the past 3 years. Enter your Email or your surname and pet name then click on find. This will populate your pet details and click on check box for your pet booking.

We can on request pick up and deliver within Auckland on Monday, Tuesday & Friday. Central, East and South $50 each way, other Auckland districts plus $10. Otherwise fee by arrangement.
